Describe：The MicroMonitor series of microprocessor monitoring circuits is a high-precision microprocessor power supply monitoring chip used to monitor the power supply voltage, software execution, and external signals of microprocessor systems. This device integrates a precise temperature-compensated reference circuit and comparator, which can monitor the VCC level in real time and generate a non-maskable interrupt or reset signal when the tolerance range is exceeded. It features a watchdog timer function that maintains the reset state until the VCC returns to the normal operating range. The output type is push-pull/totem pole, with a low-level effective reset, a threshold voltage of 2.93V, and a minimum reset timeout of 130ms. It is available in an 8-pin SOIC surface mount package and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
