Describe：A high-voltage, high-current operational amplifier with shut-off function, in DDPAK-7 package. This device is a low-cost, high-voltage/high-current single-channel operational amplifier designed specifically for driving various loads. It has a wide operating voltage range, from +8V to +60V with single power supply, or from ±4V to ±30V with dual power supplies. The continuous output current is up to 500mA (peak 750mA), with a slew rate of 6V/µs and a gain bandwidth product of 1MHz. It features complete protection functions: thermal shutdown and user-adjustable current limit (0mA to 750mA). It uses indirect current detection technology and does not require the use of power resistors in the output path. The Enable/Status (E/S) pins provide output disable control and thermal shutdown status indication. The common-mode input range can be extended below ground potential when powered by a single supply. It is packaged in a 7-pin DDPAK (TO-263) surface mount power package, with a copper sheet facilitating the installation of a heat sink for excellent thermal performance. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, suitable for industrial applications requiring high output current and high voltage swing.
