This device is a three-terminal series bandgap voltage reference source, employing temperature compensation technology, providing a stable 10.00V output. The output voltage accuracy is ±0.3%, with a temperature coefficient as low as 8.5ppm/°C, an output current capacity of 10mA, and an input voltage range of 12V to 36V. It has an output adjustment function, allowing for fine-tuning of the output voltage within the ±3% range while maintaining excellent temperature stability. It also has an internal temperature sensing output function, with the TEMP pin providing a voltage output proportional to the absolute temperature (approximately 2.1mV/°C).
