Describe：MPM3515GQV-AEC1-Z is an automotive-grade, high-performance synchronous buck DC-DC power module launched by MPS. It adopts a QFN-17 (3mm×5mm×1.6mm) micro surface-mount packaging. The device integrates a power MOSFET, an inductor, and a capacitor internally, achieving a complete switching-mode power supply solution. It only requires 4 external components to operate, significantly shortening the product launch time and eliminating design and manufacturing risks. Main performance parameters: Input voltage range 4V to 36V, adjustable output voltage range 0.8V to 30.6V, continuous output current up to 1.5A. Fixed switching frequency 2.2MHz, supports frequency synchronization from 450kHz to 2.2MHz, enabling rapid load transient response. Internal integrated 90mΩ/50mΩ low RDS(ON) power MOSFET, static current as low as 600µA. This device has achieved AEC-Q100 Grade 1 certification and meets the reliability requirements for automotive applications. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C. It supports the forced continuous conduction mode (CCM) and features comprehensive protection functions such as power good (PG) indication, overcurrent protection (OCP, with valley current detection and hiccup protection), overtemperature protection (OTP), and undervoltage protection (UVLO). The package adopts a wettable wing design, facilitating AOI inspection after welding and meeting the CISPR25 5-level standard.
