Describe:TLP3556A (TP1, F) is a large-capacity, single-channel normally-on (1 Form A) MOSFET output photoelectric relay (photo-relay) launched by Toshiba. It is equipped with an SMD-4 surface mount packaging. The internal structure of this device consists of an infrared light-emitting diode (LED) and a photoelectric MOSFET optocoupler, enabling electrical isolation between the input and output through optical signals. The main parameters of this optical relay are as follows: the rated output voltage is 100V (VOFF), the load current is 2.0A (ION), and the maximum conduction resistance is 200mΩ. The maximum trigger LED current is 3mA (IFT, when ION = 1A), the forward voltage drop is 1.64V (typical value), and the forward current is 30mA (maximum value). Switching characteristics: the conduction time (Ton) is 0.4ms, and the turn-off time (Toff) is 0.2ms. Isolation voltage: 2500Vrms (minimum value). This device is manufactured using the advanced U-MOS VIII process, providing a rated transient current that is three times greater than the rated steady-state current. This helps to achieve design safety. The product has passed safety standards such as UL 1577, cUL, EN 60747-5-5 (VDE), etc. It is packaged in a 4-pin DIP (supporting through-hole and surface-mount installation methods), with dimensions of 4.58mm × 7.62mm × 3.65mm. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +110°C, and it complies with the RoHS standard.
