Describe:The AD711KNZ is a high-speed and precise single-chip operational amplifier launched by Analog Devices. It is packaged in an 8-pin PDIP through-hole style. This device is a product of the BiFET (Bipolar-FET) process and combines laser wafer fine-tuning technology to achieve extremely low input offset voltage and drift. It can easily upgrade existing designs that use older precision BiFET or bipolar amplifiers. Main performance parameters: Gain bandwidth product of 4 MHz, slew rate of 20 V/µs, setup time of 0.01% only 1 µs, total harmonic distortion as low as 0.0003%. Input bias current of 15 pA, input offset voltage of 200 µV. Supports dual power supply of ±4.5V to ±18V or single power supply of 9V to 36V, static current of 2.5 mA, output current of 25 mA. Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C (industrial grade). This device is packaged in tubes. The standard packaging quantity is 50 units per tube.
