Describe：S1D13305F00A100 is a powerful LCD/EL display controller IC launched by Epson. It can be used to drive LCD or EL displays. It is one of the products in the S1D13305 series and has an internal 80KB SRAM as the display buffer. This chip supports text, graphic or mixed text-graphic display modes, and can divide three overlapping screens in graphic mode. It can control a display panel with a maximum resolution of 640×256 pixels and supports LCD driving methods with duty ratios ranging from 1/2 to 1/256. In addition, it comes with a programmable character generator, including a mask ROM with 160 5×7 dot matrix characters, and supports external expansion of character generator RAM/ROM to enrich the character library. Its flexible interface design is compatible with the buses of both 6800 and 8080 microprocessors, and supports smooth horizontal and vertical scrolling as well as split-screen display functions. The operating voltage range of this chip is from 2.7V to 5.5V. The typical operating current is only 3.5mA, and the standby current is as low as 0.05µA. The power consumption control is excellent. The packaging form is QFP5-60, with 60 pins.
