It adopts SIP-3 through-hole packaging and is specifically designed to replace the traditional 78xx series linear regulators. The module's pins are compatible with the 78 series regulators and can be directly replaced without the need for modifying the PCB. This device offers a fixed 5V output voltage with a maximum output current of 500mA and an output power of 2.5W. The input voltage range is from 7V to 28V, and it is compatible with various industrial bus systems such as 9V, 12V, and 24V. The conversion efficiency can reach up to 95%, with a typical value of 92%. Therefore, no additional heat sink is required, significantly saving PCB space.
