Describe：The TPS54302DDCR is a 4.5V to 28V input, 3A output, EMI-friendly synchronous step-down DC-DC converter launched by Texas Instruments. It adopts a TSOT-23-6 (SOT-23-THN) micro surface-mount packaging. This device integrates 85mΩ high-side and 40mΩ low-side MOSFETs, with an output current capacity of up to 3A. The output voltage can be adjusted within the range of 0.596V to 28V through external resistors. The fixed switching frequency is 400kHz, with built-in 5ms soft start and internal loop compensation, reducing the number of external components. This converter employs peak current mode control and introduces Frequency Spread Spectrum to reduce EMI.
