Describe：BD6067GU is a boost-type white LED driver IC for small-sized LCD backlighting, launched by ROHM. It adopts a VCSP85H1-8 (8-VFBGA) ultra-small surface-mount packaging. This device is a single-channel boost DC-DC converter, with an internal integrated switching transistor. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, the maximum output voltage is 30V, and the typical output current is 20mA to 30mA. The switching frequency is 1MHz, and it supports PWM dimming (recommended frequency 100Hz to 300Hz).
